    I finally got through to customer service. In hopes of being able to order direct through them, unfortunately they are also experiencing the same problems as we are. I was told to just keep trying, they are trying to fix the site.

    I literally was finally able to get to the place my order screen and put all my info in and click place order for the site to crash while placing my order! No confirmation of purchase nothing! ??‍♀️ guess I should take this as a sign to keep my money in my pocket!

    I’ve been trying to get into my account for HOURS!! When something finally starts to happened the website has been revamped and I can’t even locate my LOVES!! Not sure if most of what I wanted is still available because I didn’t see it on the page!! So frustrating!!

    I tried to place an order a half hour ago and got all the way to entering my credit card number then got an error screen. I tried again but the majority of my original items were out of stock. I tried again and it went through. Then I got TWO confirmation emails saying BOTH my orders went through. I’m mostly concerned because the emails look very different. The layout, information, and logos are very different. I want to make sure that my credit card information is safe.
