Valentine’s Day is already next week! Eeek! While it’s a completely over-commercialized, my boyfriend and I are still guilty in taking part??‍♀️. We usually opt for a low-key evening that involves cooking a nice meal together (including dessert?)!

Whether you’re cooking together for Valentine’s Day OR need a quick dessert idea, this recipe has got you covered??.

??Deets: (ps not actually 4 ingredients heheh, it’s 5!)
-1/2 avocado, 1 cup dark chocolate chips (melted), 2 eggs, 1/2 cup @sweetleafstevia and 1/2 cup baking cocoa (not pictured).

Icing (optional): mixed together whipped cream + 1 tbsp baking cocoa + 1 tsp vanilla extract.

Melt chocolate and add in eggs, whisk together. Mash avocado in another bowl and add to eggs + chocolate mixture. Slowly add in cocoa and sugar until a batter is formed. Then take a GREASED cake pan (super important to grease it or it won’t come out!) and bake for 20-25 min at 325F.
